Gardner Trying to Cover-Up His Anti-Environmental Record

(Denver, Colorado- November 4, 2019) In response to Cory Gardner’s attempts to cover-up his anti-environmental record, President of EDF Action Joe Bonfiglio put out the following statement: 

“Senator Gardner is desperately trying to change the subject from his terrible record on clean air. Six years ago he promised in his campaign to support clean air and stand up for Colorado, but instead he’s sided with Washington lobbyists and big polluters. Cory Gardner needs to explain to Coloradans why he votes in lock step with Donald Trump 90 percent of the time – instead of being a voice for Colorado. Coloradans support responsible regulation of the energy industry and addressing climate change.”

EDF Action last week launched a radio ad that informed Colorado constituents about Senator Gardner’s anti-environmental record.
