EDF Action Spent $200,000 to Support Kihuen This Year

(Washington, D.C. – November 8, 2016) EDF Action congratulates Representative-elect Ruben Kihuen (NV-4) on his victory tonight. EDF Action spent almost $200,000 to support Kihuen in his victory.
“Ruben Kihuen is one more vote for a clean and healthy environment and one less vote for the big polluters,” said Elizabeth Thompson, president of EDF Action. “EDF Action was proud to have played a role in helping elect Representative-elect Kihuen to the U.S. House. In total, EDF Action spent more than $7 million in 13 races and in pivotal battle ground states, supporting pro-environment candidates on both sides of the aisle.
