EDF Action Votes Launches $250,000 Campaign Supporting Water Policy Champions Arizona

(Washington, DC – October 13, 2022) EDF Action Votes launched a 9-piece mail program supporting State Legislative candidates who will advocate tirelessly for clean and sustainable water in Arizona.  

“The Arizona State Legislature needs staunch champions like Jennifer Pawlik (HD 13), Judy Schwiebert (HD 2), Jeanne Casteen (SD 2), Christine Marsh (SD 4), Eva Burch (SD 9), Lorena Austin (HD 9) and Seth Blattman (HD 9) who will focus finding commonsense solutions to Arizona’s water crisis,” EDF Action Votes Director of Political Programs in Southwest Anabel Maldonado said. “The stakes in the election are far too high.  We need to elect leaders that are willing to stand up to the extreme policies of the far right and willing to work to find common sense solutions for everyday Arizonans.”
