EDF Action Congratulates Representative-Elect Jennifer McClellan for Winning the Special Election

(Washington, D.C. – February 21, 2023) EDF Action congratulates U.S. Representative-elect Jennifer McClellan (VA-04) for winning the special election to succeed late Congressman Donald McEachin.
