Mail Program Supports Rep. Fitzpatrick, Joe Biden in PA-01 House District

(Bucks County, PA- October 7, 2020) Today, EDF Action Votes announced a mail program in Pennsylvania’s 1^st Congressional District supporting a cross-party pro-environment ticket, in Rep. Brian Fitzpatrick (R-PA-1) and Vice President Joe Biden.

The mail will be narrowly targeted to ticket splitting voters in PA-01 based on polling and customized modeling that shows the potential to solidify support for these two candidates. EDF Action Votes will communicate with a small group of independent and democratic leaning voters who tend to skew younger, are supportive of Joe Biden and have a favorable view of Brian Fitzpatrick.  

“Voters in Bucks and Montgomery counties want independent voices in Washington who are willing to put partisan politics aside to pass commonsense measures that work for everyone,” said EDF Action Senior Political Director Jack Pratt. “Brian Fitzpatrick has always been willing to cross the aisle and lead on environmental issues. If we want to make bipartisan progress, we have to look past partisan labels and re-elect Brian Fitzpatrick to Congress and elect Joe Biden as president.”
