Healthy Environment Helped Push Spanberger to Victory in VA-07

EDF Action congratulates U.S. Representative AbigailSpanberger (VA-07) on winning re-election.

EDF Action also worked to deploy grassroots activists through the Green Wave program, where the group had on-the-ground organizers and mobilized EDF Action members for Rep. Spanberger’s re-election campaign. The Green Wave was a nationwide membership mobilization program done in partnership with the Sierra Club, NRDC Action Fund, National Wildlife Federation Action Fund and League of Conservation Voters where the groups helped to elect and re-elect pro-environment candidates in key battleground districts across the country.
