EDF Action Votes Launches $82,000 Mail Campaign in Support of Lauren Underwood

(Washington, DC – October 11, 2022) EDF Action Votes launches a three-piece mail program contrasting Lauren Underwood’s track record of delivering for Illinois families with her opponent Scott Gryder’s extreme views.  

“Lauren Underwood has a proven track record of delivering for Illinois families — protecting public health, lowering prescription drug costs, and passing the biggest investment for our environment and clean energy in our history,” EDF Action Votes Director of Political Programs Dustin Ingalls said. “This stands in stark contrast to her opponent, Scott Gryder, who is simply too extreme for Illinois, continuing to question the fairness of the 2020 election, questioning climate science and pushing the agenda of big polluters who are raising energy costs on working families.
